What parents and players ask us first.

Sessions, ages, what to bring, how booking works, and how we’ll stay in touch by text — the answers are all here. Anything missing, call us.

01 · Getting started

Getting started

What is European Football Training?

We’re a Las Vegas football (soccer) training business that develops players using the technical and tactical methods used in European academies — individual sessions, small groups, and team training.

What happens at the first session?

The first session doubles as an assessment. We look at technique, athleticism, and game understanding, then recommend the right program and focus areas. You train the whole session — it’s not a paperwork meeting.

What should my player bring?
  • Cleats and shin guards
  • A ball if you have one — we bring extras
  • Water, especially in the Vegas heat
  • Athletic clothing for the weather
Where do sessions happen?

We train at fields and facilities around Las Vegas. The exact venue for your session is confirmed when your booking is confirmed.

Can parents watch?

Yes — parents are welcome at every session. For youth players we actually prefer a parent or guardian nearby, especially for the first few sessions.

02 · Sessions & programs

Sessions & programs

What’s the difference between 1-on-1 and small group training?

1-on-1 gives a player every rep and every correction — the fastest way to fix specific technical gaps. Small groups (3–6 players) keep the individual attention but add live opponents, so decisions and competitiveness develop too. Many players do both.

What does “European-style” training actually mean?

Technique trained under pressure instead of in isolation, small-sided games like rondos and positional play, high repetition with the ball, and constant decision-making. Less standing in lines, more touches, more thinking.

How long is a session?

Most sessions run about an hour. Team training blocks can run longer depending on what the squad is working on — we’ll confirm the length when you book.

Do you train goalkeepers?

Ask us when you book. Field-player training is our core; if a session is goalkeeper-specific we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit or can refer you.

How often should a player train to see progress?

Once a week builds skill; twice a week builds it noticeably faster, especially alongside team practices. In the assessment we’ll recommend a frequency based on the player’s goals and schedule — not just the maximum you’ll pay for.

03 · Ages & levels

Ages & levels

What ages do you train?

Youth players through adults. Sessions are built around the player’s development stage, so a 8-year-old and a 16-year-old don’t get the same session — and neither does an adult league player.

My player is a beginner. Is this too advanced?

No. The methodology scales down as well as up — beginners get the same quality of coaching on fundamentals. What we don’t do is park beginners in the corner while advanced players get the attention.

My player is on a competitive club team. What do they get here?

The reps and corrections a team practice can’t give. Club practices develop the team; our sessions develop the individual — touch, speed of play, position-specific detail, and the habits that decide tryouts.

Do you take adult players?

Yes — league players and adults returning to the game. Same methodology, adjusted for adult schedules and bodies.

04 · Booking & scheduling

Booking & scheduling

How do I book a session?

Pick a time on the booking calendar, or call +1 702-409-3979. Tell us the player’s age, experience, and position if they have one.

When are sessions available?

Sessions run by appointment seven days a week — mornings, after school, and weekends. The calendar shows live availability.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Let us know as early as you can by phone or text and we’ll move the session. Repeated last-minute no-shows may affect future booking, but life happens — talk to us.

What about the summer heat?

In peak summer we schedule around it — early morning and evening slots, shade and water breaks built into sessions. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule.

Calls and texts

Will you send me text messages?

Only if you opt in. When you submit a form or book a session on this site you can choose to receive SMS from European Football Training about your inquiry — session confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, and replies from our coaches.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How do I stop receiving text messages?

Reply STOP to any message and we’ll stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or call +1 702-409-3979.

Do you share my phone number with anyone?

No. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Who is the contact for a youth player — the parent or the player?

The parent or guardian. For players under 18, a parent or legal guardian provides the contact information, gives any SMS consent, and is the person we communicate with.
